I started my most recent Body-for-Life challenge a little over 6 weeks ago. After missing a
couple of weeks worth of workouts during week 3 and 4 due to illness it
was tempting to start over but instead I decided to just 'Keep on
truckin'...
Not stellar progress but under the circumstances I am
more than jazzed and I'm absolutely thrilled about the remaining weeks!
In a nutshell...
- dropped 12 lbs.
- dropped 2.3% bodyfat
- dropped 3 inches in the stomach
- increased weights on almost all of my exercises
- I'm back on my road bike!!!
