I haven't been on the Internet much lately. The last three weeks I've had a cold and flu-like symptoms almost constantly. That has put a real damper on my program and I've only been able to get in an occasional workout. I'm not sure why I've been having so much trouble. It could simply be the changing weather affecting my allergies. My doctor doesn't think that it is related to lowering my hormone dosages. However, I have managed to drop 10 pounds in the last three weeks. And that is nothing to sneeze at (pun intended!).
Hope everyone is doing well. I just started week four and hopefully I won't continue to have problems. Frankly, it's pretty encouraging to know that I can still lose weight even when I don't feel well.
