Well I finally got my pictures taken for my second Body-For-Life challenge! The main challenge this time around was staying the course even with a few medical issues and a period of time where the scale wasn't moving. The before/after front photos are shown below. Here's the key measurement changes from week 1 to week 12:
- Weight: Dropped 25 lbs (238 -> 213 )
- Waist: Dropped 2 inches (43 -> 41)
- Stomach (measured at the navel): Dropped 3.5 inches (46 -> 42.5)
- Hips: Dropped 3.75 inches (48.75 -> 45)
- Bodyfat: Dropped 7% (33 -> 26)
- Neck: Dropped 1 inch (17.5 -> 16.5)
- Chest: Dropped .5 inch (46 -> 45.5)
- Thigh: Dropped .75 inch (28.75 -> 28)
- Calf: Dropped .75 inch (16.5 -> 15.75)
- Bicep: Stayed at 16 inches
- Forearm: Dropped .25 inch (12.25 -> 12)
