Biography
I created this blog mainly to keep in touch with my family in Texas but also to document my comeback from chronic illness and track my progress rebuilding my body using the Body-For-Life program and bicycling... As of July 2008 my main focus is still getting the excess weight off and getting the medical issues under control.
Interests
play tennis, sing, do video editing, make my own cds and dvds..., right now rebuilding my body is my main hobby! i also like to ride bicycles, camp in my tent trailer, fly model sailplanes
